Click2Send.com.ng, also offers the Multimedia Messaging Service(MMS). You can send pictures from your US & Canadian phone numbers. Click2Send, automatically convert picture messages into an SMS with linked media when sending to MMS-incompatible numbers. No setup or upfront costs.
MMS messages are sent the same way SMS are sent via the client api or remote API.
MMS Pricing & Requirement
MMS, cannot be sent over the dynamic channel at which dynamic sender names are used. MMS can only be sent through a static channel using a phone number. Only U.S & CA phone numbers can be used to send MMS. In order to send MMS, you must first obtain a new U.S or CA phone number buy purchasing a Phone Number for Calls & SMS.
MMS is charged a flat fee of ₦25.00 NGN to U.S or Canada. The regular SMS charge is also deducted from your account for the same message
Supported Destinations & Carriers
At this time, MMS messaging can only be sent to the US and Canada. International MMS messaging outside these two countries is not yet supported, however MMS messages sent internationally will be converted to SMS text messages with a URL link to the media. MMS messages sent in the US or Canada to unsupported carriers will also be sent via SMS.
Currently Click2Send supports sending MMS messages to the following mobile carriers in the US and Canada:
Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile, Sprint, Rogers, Bell, Fido, Telus and Wind Canada.
